When Vendors purchase promotional services, we may maintain records relating to:
- Selected plan
- Activation date
- Expiry date

- Payment confirmation records
- Vendor communications regarding subscriptions or promotions
Important Payment Notice
GoKhoj currently does not operate or integrate any online payment gateway.
Payments relating to subscriptions, advertisements, featured listings, boost plans, or promotional services are collected offline through separate arrangements with Vendors.
GoKhoj does not collect, process, store, or transmit:
- Credit card details
- Debit card details
- UPI PINs
- Banking credentials
- Payment authentication information
through the platform.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Create and manage vendor accounts
- Display shop and product listings
- Improve platform functionality
- Improve search and discovery features
- Provide customer support
- Administer promotional services

GoKhoj may modify, discontinue, introduce, or update any plan at its sole discretion.
Participation in any promotional service does not guarantee:
- Sales
- Revenue
- Leads
- Customer inquiries
- Product purchases
- Business growth
- Conversion rates
Results may vary depending on location, category, competition, customer demand, and platform activity.
6. Vendor Terms
By creating a Vendor account, the Vendor agrees to the following terms.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are solely responsible for:
- Accuracy of information provided
- Product listings and descriptions
- Pricing information
- Product images
- Customer communications
- Compliance with applicable laws
Vendors must not publish:
- False information
- Misleading information
- Illegal products
- Counterfeit products
- Offensive content
- Infringing content
- Fraudulent content
GoKhoj reserves the right to remove, reject, edit, or suspend any content or listing that violates these terms.
Vendor Communications
GoKhoj facilitates discovery and connection only.
All communications, negotiations, agreements, transactions, deliveries, warranties, returns, and disputes occur directly between Users and Vendors.
GoKhoj is not responsible for any outcomes arising from such interactions.
7. Account Suspension, Removal, and Termination
GoKhoj reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, disable, remove, reject, or permanently terminate any User account, Vendor account, shop listing, product listing, advertisement, promotional campaign, or access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice.
Such action may be taken for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of platform policies
- Violation of applicable laws
- False or misleading information
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of platform services
- Security concerns
- Complaints received from users or third parties
- Operational reasons
- Technical reasons
- Legal reasons
- Business reasons
- Any activity that GoKhoj believes may negatively affect the platform, its users, vendors, systems, or reputation
GoKhoj is not obligated to provide prior notice, warning, explanation, compensation, or refund before taking such action.
Upon suspension or termination:
- Listings may be removed immediately.
- Access may be restricted immediately.
- Promotional services may be discontinued.
- Advertisements may be removed.
The decision of GoKhoj shall be final and binding.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
No Refund Policy
All payments made to GoKhoj for:
- Subscription Plans
- Boost Plans
- Featured Listings
- Advertisement Services
- Promotional Services
- Visibility Enhancement Services
are final and non-refundable.
Once any service has been activated, scheduled, confirmed, reserved, or published, no refund shall be provided.
No Cancellation Policy
Vendors may not cancel:
- Active subscriptions
- Featured placements
- Scheduled advertisements
- Promotional campaigns
- Boost plans
after confirmation or activation.
No partial refunds, credits, adjustments, or reimbursements shall be issued for unused periods or reduced usage.
Business Performance Disclaimer
Refunds shall not be granted due to:
- Low sales
- Low inquiries
- Low customer engagement
- Low views
- Low lead generation
- Vendor dissatisfaction with results
- Changes in business strategy
- Vendor inactivity
except where required by applicable law.
9. Service Disclaimer
GoKhoj is a hyperlocal discovery platform.
GoKhoj does not:
- Sell products
- Process customer payments
- Act as a marketplace
- Act as an agent for vendors
- Guarantee commercial outcomes
GoKhoj does not guarantee:
- Sales
- Revenue
- Leads
- Customer inquiries
- Product purchases
- Business growth
- Search ranking permanence
- Visibility outcomes
Any analytics, views, clicks, impressions, inquiries, or performance data are provided for informational purposes only.
Featured listings, advertisements, boost plans, and promotional services increase visibility opportunities but do not guarantee any specific business results.
GoKhoj shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, commercial, reputational, or financial losses arising from use of the platform.
10. Transaction and Communication Disclaimer
GoKhoj only enables users to discover businesses and connect directly with vendors.
GoKhoj does not participate in:
- Transactions
- Payments
- Deliveries
- Product warranties
- Returns
- Refunds
- Negotiations
All dealings occur directly between Users and Vendors.
GoKhoj is not responsible for:
- Messages exchanged
- Agreements entered into
- Product quality
- Pricing disputes
- Delivery disputes
- Payment disputes
- Refund disputes
- Transaction outcomes
11. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
12. Cookies
GoKhoj may use cookies and similar technologies to:
